1、 Introduction

3、 Working principle

The key components of the drum screen structure include an electric motor, reducer, drum equipment, sound card frame, lock cover, material inlet and outlet, etc. The principle of the drum screen is that the electric motor and drum equipment are connected together based on a coupling to drive the drum equipment to rotate around its centerline. When the raw materials enter the drum equipment, due to the deviation and rotation of the drum equipment, the raw materials on the surface of the screen rotate and flip. This uses the relative speed of loose raw materials and screen powder to pass a portion of the particles through the circular hole sieve, dividing sand, gravel, and other raw materials into different levels according to the particle size, and then performing screening.
